At ProcureCon Marketing Connect, we spoke to Ed Trotter, Head of Business Development at Massive Music London, to see why they sponsored for the first time.
Ed: I feel there’s a greater emphasis on fostering a sense of community here. We’ve been to a lot of conferences where there’s thousands of people, whereas here, there’s a small pool of delegates and the event team are working very hard to help with introductions and connections. There isn’t many conferences that do this, which I think sets this event apart.
Ed: They’re fantastic, everyone we’ve spoken to has been a decision-maker, which is really useful. Again, some conferences you go to, it’s lots of people all differing in levels, but being able to have senior-level conversations is really interesting, it opens more doors for us.
Ed: Certainly, I think every single conversation we’ve had, we’ve finished and wrapped up with a clear sense of next steps and a clear outline of what we’re going to do next with them. We’re having very engaging conversations and I feel positive that we will get some good business out of this, absolutely.
