Born and raised in Brazil, Stefane brings over 18 years of experience across creative, strategic and operational roles in leading global agencies, including Ogilvy, DAVID and Droga5. Among her career milestones, she launched and led Droga5's São Paulo office, building the team from the ground up, establishing and bringing the DNA and culture of the global agency. Recognised as one of Business Insider's "40 Rising Stars of Madison Avenue" for her contemporary leadership style and ability to operate at the intersection of creativity, strategy and growth.
