Working across automotive, motorcycles and power product divisions James’s role includes all commercial strategy development and implementation for all European markets. In 2018 his team supported delivery of key business digital transformation projects including future retail and customer engagement platforms. A key barrier to delivery has been the complex landscape of MarTech vendors and associated contracting obligations that have combined both Marketing and IT disciplines. James is striving to continue his journey of digital discovery, whilst ensuring deployment and adoption of the investments made to date. The digital media supply chain is a topic which will also attract his attention aligned to the business direction and relevant experiences for Honda’s customers.
