Andy Hopkinson embarked on his career in marketing with Procter & Gamble in the late 1970s, where he worked closely with prominent advertising agencies, such as Saatchi & Saatchi. He later made a shift to agency side by joining Abbott Mead Vickers, which was later acquired by BBDO, known today as AMV BBDO. During his two-decade tenure with AMV BBDO, Andy managed a portfolio of high-profile accounts including PepsiCo, Diageo and Kingfisher Group and went on to lead client services.
In 2004, he transitioned to Adstream, taking on a leadership role that oversaw the company's operations in the UK and Europe until its acquisition by Extreme Reach in 2021. Andy has been a significant strategic stakeholder, contributing to Extreme Reach’s growth through developing and maintaining strong partnerships with global clients.
